2025 NTM & Bronchiectasis Conference for Healthcare Providers (Hybrid Event)

Wednesday, September 10, 2025, 12:15 PM
Friday, September 12, 2025, 4:00 PM
National Jewish Health - Molly Blank Conference Center 1400 Jackson StreetDenver, Colorado 80206
Purpose:
Nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) and bronchiectasis are complex, chronic respiratory conditions that pose significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges for healthcare providers. NTM infections, caused by environmental mycobacteria, can lead to progressive lung damage, particularly in individuals with underlying lung diseases such as bronchiectasis. The interplay between these conditions contributes to worsening respiratory symptoms, frequent exacerbations, and reduced quality of life for affected patients. As the clinical burden of NTM and bronchiectasis becomes increasingly recognized, there is an urgent need to better understand the underlying mechanisms of inflammation, alongside efforts to improve early diagnosis and explore both current and emerging treatment options. We will have experts from across the country here to discuss this growing medical challenge. Come join us for an invaluable educational experience. The 2025 meeting will be offered as a hybrid, with the option to attend in-person or online. All attendees will receive access to the online video content and slides after the conference.
Provider Conference Objectives:
- Recognize the incidence and distribution for both NTM disease and bronchiectasis
- Identify the clinical features and unique manifestations of NTM disease
- Identify the clinical features and underlying risk factors for development of bronchiectasis
- Differentiate between the various types of NTM infections
- Summarize the spectrum of bronchiectasis presentations and clinical evaluation
- Describe current guidelines for the diagnosis and management of NTM disease and bronchiectasis
- Apply the latest evidence to inform pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic management strategies for NTM disease and bronchiectasis
Who Should Attend:
Pulmonologists, infectious disease physicians, family and internal medicine physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice nurses, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals such as radiologists who diagnose and treat patients with NTM and bronchiectasis.
